At Home Program
Healing starts in the home, ours or yours
It is sometimes
difficult for clients to be able to consult face to face
with health professionals due to long distance,
debilitating illness or even just time constraints and
busy schedules. So to make consultations easier, Holistic
Care Doctor has developed an At Home Program. With this
new program you can get important health information over
the phone and through the mail.
How the Home Program Works
1. Call toll
free 1-800-595-9996 for your initial consultation
2. Holistic
Care doctor sends you a mailing, which includes:
· An agreement
· A health indicator
questionnaire
· A self-addressed
envelope
· When you have
returned the questionnaire with your signed
agreement and fee, a Naturopathic Doctor will review
your responses.
3. We will call
you to make an appointment with the naturopath to develop
your Home Program.
Besides
answering your most urgent questions about your general
health Holistic Care Doctor is dedicated to teaching you
the holistic approach. Your wellness programs will help
you achieve optimum health.
